Cynthia H. Stringer, MCC, M.Div, is an intuitive, inspirational and strategic leadership coach who facilitates teams, fast track new leaders and executives with coaching and training to align their skills and passion with career goals.  She has worked with professionals, executives, and leaders since 1990. She is known for her ability to assess situations quickly and efficiently and design with her clients a constructive and powerful plan of action. When clients work with her, they report feeling more clarity, motivation, and confidence.

Her training has included certification as an Executive Master Coach, Vocational Counselor, and Spiritual Director. Her passion is encouraging the development of integrated leaders.

Cynthia received her B.A. in Collaborative Psychology from Sonoma State University and has been a certified Personal and Professional Life Coach through the International Coach Federation. She is a Master Coach & former on-line Instructor for Coach University. She recently received her Associate’s Degree in Human Resources and Business Management and graduated from an interfaith Spiritual Direction & Retreat Leadership program. She holds a Masters’ in Divinity from Peace Theology Seminary and has been featured numerous times in the media such as The Chicago Tribune, Crain’s Chicago Business, The Wall Street Journal, The Press Democrat and contacted by Oprah and CNN.
